From beginning to end Marc provided a very professional service replacing my combi boiler. He completed a very thorough assessment of my problems and he immediately gave me the confidence in his abilities. He is very considerate when working and leaves no mess whatsoever. His communication was first class keeping us up to date with how things progressed and finally provided a thorough handover of the new boiler when commissioned. I would have no problems in recommending Marc to friends and Family and i would use his services again.
Marc is very professional and knowledgeable. He works very tidily and cleans ups any mess. He arrives promptly or calls if he is going to be late. He has sorted out my heating and gas problems, most of which were missed by a previous plumber. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
Mark came to my property as we had a fault with my boiler, I was told by another company that we needed a new boiler or a repair of over £800. Mark advised otherwise and save me over £1000. We then asked him to complete the job and the service was fantastic from start to finish. Friendly and reliable and an assurance that you are being charged correctly. I will highly recommend at any time and I will be using him from now on.
Marc fitted a new boiler in a new location with all the piping and help sort out any gas supply issues. He did an excellent job, provided lots of advice and was friendly while getting on with the job. Now recommending him to family etc.
Marc is a fantastic engineer would highly recommend him to do work on yr boiler or plumbing work. He is reliable punctual and hard working, so much better then British gas I give him 10 out 10 and will use him again. Thank u Marc for all of yr hard work.
Had Marc out for various boiler related jobs over the last 6 months or so repair split hose, replace valve, rewire as a result of shoddy work from builders, boiler service and I would not hesitate to recommend him. He is thorough, tidy and charges a very reasonable price for his work.
