Booked a taxi for my children, husband and I,  asked them to add a note onto the booking that it's for children and it'll be late and busy after victorious so need it to be reliable. Was assured it would be. The taxi didn't turn up. Rang them, they said they had 20 bookings so we would have to walk to a different location 20 minutes away and wait. Did that, rang them, they said it would be at least another half an hour! We ended up walking for an hour with our children and got an Uber. Yes it was a busy night, but this taxi company clearly just took loads of bookings that they didn't have the cars/drivers to accommodate.

I booked 2 weeks in advance.  My car hasn't shown up 30 min late.  I called and the operator lied and said we booked through the auto service, which we DIDNT, we talked to a human.  She then said the driver was 20 min late, and it's already 30 past.  An update now says 20 more minutes.  DO NOT USE AQUA CARS. Terrible service.  Let them go out of business

Booked with them and they didn’t turn up at the agreed time because “they were busy”, despite others leaving the venue having their taxis which were booked for later times arriving before ours.  An Uber arrived 30 minutes into our wait, it ended up being easier and cheaper.

Taxi driver help himself to a tip on my card without permission, phoned the company we’re not bothered at all, will be reporting to the police, local authority on Monday morning !! Will never use in the future … drivers rob you!! Will not add evidence as this will be handed to the authorities

Arrived within couple of minutes, took good care that I was in and helped put walker in boot and made sure I was in and shut my door, waited for me taking while to get out of car held walker for me,  Very helpful and polite and friendly.

Aqua do not provide enough wheelchair accessible taxis. Tried to get a taxi with a disabled friend yesterday but there were none. Tried ordering a normal taxi and put in the notes about the wheelchair and how we could put our friend in the taxi and wheelchair in the boot, our booking was reviewed by 4 different drivers and all rejected. I took the notes out and tried again and our booking was accepted, appalling. The taxi driver turned up, saw the wheelchair and drove off, absolutely disgusting and so unfair. We only got a taxi after calling the office and complaining.  Please make your service more accessible for wheelchair users. Not everyone has a mobility scooter or access to other transport. Its 2024, do better aqua.

Both drivers excellent Arrived on time  very pleasant would definitely recommend to others and will certainly use again when the need should arise when visiting the" big island!"

Aqua cars are amazing, l would highly recommend them. It was easy to book my two car journeys with them, each leg they contacted me saying the driver was outside waiting. The two drivers we had very very pleasant, courteous and polite. All in all we had a fantastic experience with Aqua cars. Thank you. I rate them five stars.

Ordered this taxi in advance for my elderly father to take him to the doctors. He said the driver was so helpful and kind. Will definitely order this service again for him. Please thank the driver for me, acts like this makes a difference to our family.
