Story

When it comes to dealing with lenders, especially in distressed situations, most borrowers don’t know where to turn. Add to this the additional stress of dealing with solicitors, debt collectors, or the courts, and it is easy to see why many borrowers in difficulty try to simply ignore the problem.

At APS we have spent years developing our links with a wide range of lenders. Our knowledge of their policies, and our experience in dealing with negative equity, enables us to guide our clients through the process of dealing with the problem.
