I've stayed at their apartments in different parts of Manchester over the past year and always found them clean and comfortable. Free WiFi, well equipped kitchens, big spacious apartments. I would recommend them for a stay in Manchester, the office staff are marvellous.
I cannot even give this stay a star rating really as the stay won'tbe happening. I booked this hotel in September 2019 and the money was taken from my credit card immediately. The booking was for this Friday to attend a concert. Due to Covid-19 the event has been cancelled. I have tried to deal with Booking.com who sent me to OYO who sent me to the property direct. None of the contact details online for the property work. OYO say they have no record of the booking. My emails have all come back undeliverable, the telephone line for 2 different numbers are dead lines. No-one wants to take ownership and I'm £70 lighter. My bank even rejected my claim for a refund. All I wanted to do was take my daughter to see Queen
We booked a room for 4 people but they gave us a room for 3 instead without enough bed linen or towels. Small cosy apartment. Beds fairly uncomfortable. Luckily all appliances worked. The nice shower and hot towel rack made up for it. Situated on an industrial estate about 15 mins walk from the commerical town centre.
This is my first visit to England since the eighties and my first visit to Manchester. Disappointment is not the right word, the pictures were dicieving, location is not the most pleasent, the place is clean, however, bedsheets are worn-out, no cupboard to hang your clothes, no soap, shampoo, tissues nor even toilet paper. I don't recommend the place to an enemy.
Was not impressed. Knew the apartments were on an industrial estate but despite flat being modern was poorly maintained with missing light bulbs, broken smoke alarm and missing curtains.
Great accomodation at affordable rates, excellent location close to all local facilities and friendly staff
Worst place ever been in and avoid at all costs the are lying thieving scumbags and the flats are in middle of industrial estate and the flats, are not fit to ge lived in and are highly dangerous etc
Awful. Do not stay here. They are unresponsive. Do not clean the apartments. No wifi. Rip off!
The room was very clean, and very close to Victoria station and the Printworks for the Christmas Markets. Will be back
cancelled our room last minute and left us in a very awkward situation as this has been booked for months. very disappointed about this
