Appointmoor managed my property when it was a rental before then dealing with the sale, so this review covers both aspects. I've named Amie and Rebecca above as I had the most contact with them throughout the sales process, but all Appointmoor staff I dealt with during this time were superb. Claire and Lisa went above and beyond during the rental of the property and its management, especially with certain daily 'challenges'. Similarly during the sales phase the same 'challenges' appeared, but all staff found ways to deal with this. Communication was constant and clear throughout the process, nothing was too much hassle and the whole team made a stressful few months much easier with their approach to all aspects of the sale. I would have no problem recommending Appointmoor to any prospective landlords or sellers. A* work from a friendly, efficient and hard working team. Many thanks to you all.

Wonderful Stress Free service. Sophie answered all our constant questions and put our mind at rest about our concerns, she made us feel calm and stress free about the move. We were made to feel important and valued by her and Appointmore Estates at all times. The rental went very smoothly and everyone was professional and friendly. Appointmoor Estates have always been a lovely helpful estate agents and we have never had any problems in renting property through them over the years.

I have worked alongside Appointmoor for almost a year and love it! The atmosphere and people here is amazing and the customers I have carried out mortgages for have always fed back how impressed they were with the service and how the staff go above and beyond to assist them.
