We recently purchased our dream family home through Appointmoor and couldn’t be happier with the way in which the team supported us throughout. From the initial viewing, to handling the negotiation process, John was superb. He made himself available, no matter what time of day, and even on his days off to answer any queries. We are grateful to have had Johns experience and pragmatism to assist us in getting over the line with an accepted offer. Once the offer was accepted, the clock was ticking as we’d committed to our buyers that we’d complete within a month otherwise we’d have risked potentially losing them. This is where Sophie took over and expertly handled the facilitation between solicitors and ourselves. The aggressive timescales didn’t phase her one bit and we definitely felt in safe hands knowing that Sophie was doing everything that she could to move the process along. Her level of communication and updates were great throughout, and we could clearly see that she cared about making sure we hit the targeted completion date which we did! Appointmoor manage my rental property in Southend and provide an excellent service. They are professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Luisa and Claire in particular are very responsive and I have no hesitation recommending them.
Dealt with Louis regarding a property, he was well presented, polite and answered any questions I had whilst I was showed around. He rang the next morning and I had all relevant documents sent over quickly. Great experience with him.

The lettings department at Appointmoor has to be the most professional and approachable team I have dealt with. Deborah is my dedicated property manager who keeps me updated on my investment portfolio, and nothing is ever too much trouble for her.
Having to suddenly look for a new rental home is one of the most stressful things, but the team at Appointmoor made us feel really supported every step of the way. We saw some fantastic properties with Appointmoor, most of which exceeded our expectations. The staff were really friendly, approachable, informative and patient. Needless to say we found our new home with them too and we could not be happier now. We would always go to Appointmoor first if looking for a new home.
My elderly relatives rent a property through Appointmoor who have always been fantastic. I can't always be on hand to help them out. I would like to mention Deborah who helped them with their thermostat. She talked them through how to get it working again when it was extremely cold and has told them to get in to touch if she can be of any more help, if I'm not available. I am extremely grateful and can't recommend highly enough.
John at Appointmoor worked hard to get the best possible price for the seller and to support the buyer through the process. John is great at what he does and has a very long contact list. Thank you for the support and I would recommend Appointmoor.
