Unbelievable service. I saw what I wanted online, then phoned the shop to see availability. Spoke to Mike who was incredibly helpful. At 5 o'clock I placed my order. At 12 o'clock the very next day, it was delivered. The price was great and the cherry on the cake, was totally free delivery

Brilliant help and advice from Steve.  Great service and prices, got two new ovens for over £300 less than at competitors.

Highly recommended! Shop clean and tidy, staff pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. Delivery was on time, text message day before, and phone call on the day, as expected.  Free parking available on the road outside the shop. Entrance is wheels friendly, but as the shop is very well stocked, some of the aisles may be a bit narrow.  Excellent service! If you need an appliance, go here first.

Excellent service today. Rang regarding a leaking radiator an engineer was at my house within 2 hours. Annual cover is far cheaper than British Gas and service far superior

A great experience , Jayne went above and beyond to help us make the right purchase. She had ovens out checking that it would fit our home . Helped us measure the appliance to ensure that we had the correct measurements! It was a perfect fit thanks appliance world - We will definitely be back .

Excellent company to deal with, shop staff, and delivery helpful and polite. Delivery was very fast with messages of time and information.I ordered a integrated fridge/freezer staff extremely helpful, would definitely recommend.

I recently ordered a fridge freezer for my elderly mother who lives in Warrington. The size was perfect for her needs at a very competitive price. Steve dealt with the sale and I paid only £10 for delivery and nothing for removal of mum's old fridge into her garage. Darren who delivered it was very helpful and took care not to get water on mum's carpet and floor when he removed the old fridge. My mum is delighted and I am pleased to have supported Appliance World again. We wouldn't shop anywhere else!
