Bought a great washing machine yesterday, it's like new with a little bit of superficial damage to the sides. Comes with 12 months warranty and was half the price of Currys. Good selection available and helpful and pleasant staff Definitely recommend.
Absolutely Discussing Unpleasant Company to deal with. A company you should stay well away from. At first I was so happy and thought I had a bargain but I was very wrong. I bought a range cooker back in August 2017 and was told there is a 12 month Guarantee any issues they would sort out, the only thing wrong with it was a little dent at the bottom and scuff marks on the knobs. Well door is faulty and extremely loose at the top easy for a small child to open and there is excess heat loss because of it which is dangerous. Contacted Appliance Universe, they were rude, refused to send anyone out. Shocking attitude towards me. They finally offered a full refund but I already had got in contact with the manufacture who kindly sent out an engineer so I waited to hear there response. They found the cooker was a grade 6 appliance which means it should have been scrapped, its not it for purpose and they recommend I should go to Trading Standards, I was miss-sold it. Told Appliance universe what the manufacturer said but now will not refund me and told me “Do that then. All the best”. I thought I was safe buying from them because of there so called Garentee but its just a line they use to sell unsafe products. EDIT: To add It doesnt matter If I contacted after 1 or 12 months, it was a 12 month guarantee ?? I had a few tragic events happen which i am not explaining to strangers, without them I would have contacted sooner. Yes cooker was half price as I was told it was to make "space" for a new delivery of appliance, however as it should have been spares and repairs I overpaid! Manufacturer first told me they couldnt help as it was grade 6 but they felt sorry for me and young family and replace the hole twisted door hinges and recently the hinges again but its possible the hole body of the cooker is twisted and un-repairable. The engineer was fully aware of your company and have dealt with similar situations to my own. Offered to look at it if i took it too them.. its a range cooker, this would mean hiring a electrician and van they were trying to make things as difficult as possible. extreme inconvenience is against customer . Offered a refund but when i accepted they refused ? asking for a repair or refund is not being unreasonable or asking to go above and beyond its basic consumer rights! Photos added of the door taken of as well as both sets of hinges that was changed. I really hope my review has affected peoples decision to use this place.

We bought a condenser tumble dryer today 09/04/19, excellent service and was pleased with the product at a very good price. One small problem when we got it home the water collection tank had a hole in it, but they replaced it with no fuss. Thanks. Will be recommending them in the future. Cheers.
I bought a tumble dryer here but was faulty I contacted them through their FB page and I was offered an exchange straight away no ifs or buts but straight out exchange . I was told if the exchanged dryer wasn't working to contact them ASAP. Phil is always polite and cheerful during the visits I've made to the business cant fault the customer service and recommended to friends and family whom have not had any trouble either. Well done Phil we will be back to look at your sofas soon.
After ordering a tumble dryer i saw a lot of negative comments. I found them very helpful, they replied to all emails quickly. The delivery company was fantastic, they changed the delivery date to a convenient one and the driver was so helpful. The dryer has quite a big dent down the side but hey-ho I did pay half price!
I haven't as yet had the pleasure of purchasing from yourselves but, upon looking at your fab website i see that you offer competitive and fabulous discounts on your appliances. I have not bought from this company before however on looking on their site I would not have a problem buying from them in the future were I so wishing to do. The site is like all other electrical sites with a wide selection of fair priced goods . The service that is offered is no different to the high street services, I notice that you are a welsh company and am impressed at how quick you would be able to deliver and for an extra day would be worth waiting as the savings made would be great. So if like me you are constantly looking for bargains then I would recommend buying from Appliance Universe
Got a tumble dryer , washer and oven from the guys down in appliance universe. Very good customer service !! I had a few problems with the dryer... a fault kept coming up on the tumble dryer which after they took it back managed to fix straight away!! Awesome service ! Bargain prices and really pleased with what I’ve got. Not to mention there are some super cool cars to look at too!! Top service highly recommend !
Love this company, bought a tumble dryer for my mum, free delivery and was there within 48 hours. Cost was amazing. And she loves it. Delivery guys were also so helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
