Had clive out to my gas cooker, very well presented, turned up when agreed, checked everything over and repaired what was required (thermocouple) - (didn't tell me something els was wrong too!) I was worried about the other reviews but I had nothing to be worried about at all. I would use these people again and would recommend clive to my friends and family. He is local and it's a family run business. Thanks again.

Called to arrange appointment, said would be here on Monday (bank holiday) between 9-10:30am to repair washing machine. Nobody showed up, tried calling mobile and landline number, no response and went to voicemail. Will try a different company as these don't deserve my business, vey unreliable.

Appointment made for 3pm... Called to say it would be 5 and still hasn't arrived by 6pm. Very poor service and would definitely not recommend. 1 star because that's the least I can give!
