The pods are lovely and it's great being situated within walking distance of the zoo. The lady who greeted us on arrival was extremely friendly and helpful, and the food from the chippy was great. Only reason I haven't given it 5 *s is because it's made out to be a nice, quiet place to come and relax - We weren't told there would be a wedding reception on site going on about 100 yards away, with loud music blasting into the early hours of the morning! Not much sleep for us... A warning would have been appreciated.

Great value camp site. Toilets and showers are decent enough and next door to zoo. Combine your trip for discount zoo entry. Could do with an upgrade to it's kiddy park which is basic.

The posh pods are brilliant. A lot bugger than they look with TV, fridge and microwave. 

The park is also a short walk from the zoo.
