Bought a Apple Mac and discovered it crashed so had to drive to Leeds to have it looked at. Well when I walked into the Apple store it was like a kid walking into a sweet shop. If you are an Apple nerd like I am you could spend all day here. The staff are very friendly and approach you right away asking if you need help. I was about 20 minutes early for my repair appointment, but I was escorted to a work bench and a technician came and was amazing. Talked me through everything and answered every question I asked clearly. I was told it would be around one and half to two hours to see if it was software rather than hardware so I was asked if I wanted a coffee somewhere and they would ring me. Less than half an hour later they rang saying all was sorted and it was ready to collect. First class service. A very BIG well done and an even bigger thank you.
I have visited this store multiple times and every time I do, I have an amazing experience. The staff here are welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and polite. They have in store sessions to learn and expand your knowledge. When asking about products, you never feel pressured into a sale but given sound advice so you can make informed decisions which I appreciate so much. You can test the products on display and the staff will have a laugh with you as you do. Amazing store, amazing staff and amazing atmosphere. 11/10.
Amazing service by all the staff. Despite multiple visits due to a confused teen who couldn't make a decision, they showed no impatience, provided all the information needed and there was no pressure to buy. The added benefit of price matching means I'll definitely return.
Geniuses are very attentive and friendly. Service is a little slow though. I booked an appointment for 3.40 PM. Had to wait for half an hour before a genuis was able to help out with my issue.
Bought numerous Apple products from here over the years, many of the staff are really keen to help and assist. My most recent visit was not successful unfortunately and the duty manager Naomi maybe she could be educated in customer service was particularly rude and obnoxious, when discussing a potential warranty claim. Suffice to say, I decided to purchase my Apple products that day from John Lewis instead; far better treatment.
Absolutely brilliant, came in to trade in and buy new phone, massive thank you to Dana he was such a pleasure to deal with he was so so helpful, cannot praise this guy enough, I will be coming back to get my husband an upgrade on his phone soon. Excellent service throughout my time in the store today.10/10
I found the technical team in this store did not investigate the problems throughly and just tried to sell you new devices. Not helpful especially considering the cost. I think they require more specialist training.
Clean store. Always a bit awkward trying to find someone to talk to. Especially when collecting an order. The gentleman I did get to speak to was very professional and dealt with me seamlessly.
It didn't take much time to receive the phone as I already decided what to buy ? The customer service person who attended us was not very approachable and showed sort of less interest in helping us. I think they should be trained better how to deal with people.
Went to buy a new phone as was due an upgrade and worked out cheaper to buy the phone outright from apple and then get a sim only contract separately. The man who helped me in the Apple Store in leeds was super friendly, useful, and explained everything in a polite way including phone cases, screen protectors, and apple care etc :
