It's a fantastic idea with what all it has to offer however Gregg's is no where near up to standard for their timing to offer the general public sausage rolls to which Gregg's is well known for. The amount of people leave the que as soon as they hear it's going to be 10 minutes for sausage rolls to be ready is not good for your business. I suggest you review how Gregg's is run with the products they have to offer the general public that is freshly baked and not served cold.

Very tidy and clean services station. Services are excellent. All kiosk were fully staff. No waiting time.

One of the newest Service station, great location, many parking spaces, wide range of places to eat. Still very clean and fresh looking place.

Stopped this morning at 1040 to get some coffee and pancakes, sat at the drive through window for ten minutes could hear people chatting and laughing but no-one came to take order even though we tried to alert someone. Drove round to the pay window could see someone inside but again no one came to the window, parked up went inside and explained we had been at the window the fella at the counter rudely said we don't open to 1100, I explained a sign should be up to explain this or drive through should be closed he once again just repeated they didn't open to 1100 this is despite I have ordered here many times before 1100 and it's advertised as 24hrs! The fella at very least could have came to the window and told us instead leaving us wasting our time!!! Won't be back......

Bright and airy respite and refreshments stop outside Lisburn beside the M 1 as you head for Belfast.Burger King/Chopstix/Greggs franchise outlets amongst others as well as a shop and pumps and of course toilets etc.
