We visit whilst on holiday in Devon,on arrival we was really made to feel welcome, instantly feeling part of the family, It was a Harvest thanksgiving service, everyone was included, children occupied with exciting tasks whilst the service was ongoing,worship was great, message encouraging, enjoyed being here with our brothers and sisters in Christ. Bless you guys,will continue to pray for the important work you are doing in Appledore. Thanks again David & Christine

As an occassional visitor I discovered that Appledore Baptist is one of the most caring churches in the Bideford area. The meetings are joyful and help people to grow spiritually. I was amazed how much goes on there with many types of midweek meetings ...it is like a community center for Appledore, welcoming and meeting needs!

I'm not the church-going type but I've been here with my son's Beaver Colony when they've used the hall as a base for activities in Appledore. It's a grand old building which looks to be well maintained and the hall is regularly used by local community groups.

This is where my uncle's service was held after his funeral. Really lovely bunch of church members.

Very friendly and welcoming church.
