I to was refused help while in the area on holiday. So instead I was forced while feeling pretty rotten to drive to Penrith hospital and sit in a waiting room for five hours still feeling rotten for a someone to dip a urine sample , confirm I had an infection and give me a prescription. A job that would have taken minutes. I think it's shameful. The urgent treatment centre are absolutely rushed off their feet and i am angry for them also.
Receptionist refused a GP appointment for our daughter while we were in the area on holiday. Disgraceful behaviour. This must surely be against NHS policy?
