I called when the taxi was late, they then lied about the taxi was on its way and would be there in 2 minutes,  15 mins after that the taxi driver turns up at the wrong location. They were rude, arrogant and dismissive when I called them about this.

What a joke this company! Booked taxi day before for morning to go to train station and they haven’t bothered to come. When called to see where is my taxi they said I’m not booked in, though I called only one taxi company and it’s clearly showing on my phone that I spoke with them. I wouldn’t recommend to use them to anyone!!! They need to sort they customer services out!

Disgrace of a company.  Waited outside at -2 in December...called the company said it was on the way...waited 15 mins and called again...they said the cab had been and nobody was there. No more cabs.  Shocking. Won't be using aging ever...only used them because nobody else available as 2 years ago charged me 25 quid from bessacarr to town(usually 5)

Tried these as Mick's are getting worse by the week (they left us stranded at our wedding) and Alpha Cabs really should be shut down, never used such a terrible company in my life. Everyone is rude and they call you a liar when they don't turn up!!! 
Anyway, we tried Apple and oh my what a difference!!! Right from phoning, polite staff, got confirmation text of booking then nearer time get another text telling me what car is arriving. 
Used these a few times now and also for my elderly dad who says they are always polite and help him out the car, they even have an app and can book online at their website. This is by far the best taxi company in Doncaster and just getting better and better.
Well done Apple for seeing what's needed in Doncaster and doing it!!

Great service, glad I now have a reliable taxi in Doncaster
