Beautiful experience, very professional and supportive staff. Welcoming but busy environment guess everyone is trying to get an apple product. Good initiative to have emoji design classes for kids.
Whenever you need a bit of support with any of your Apple products I have found Apple Meadowhall the place to go. The staff team are so supportive and helpful. I love it that they are not pushy commission based sales people either. Just a whole different experience with Apple.
Super knowledgeable staff who were able to answer all my technical queries. Some things I didn't agree with such as the statement that if you can do it on Android you can do it on iPhone in loads of different ways and a lot easier. In my experience Android is more flexible where iPhone is more stable. But yes they were very good !
Amazing experience! Amazing customer service! I was desperate for some help because I had some issues with my apple ID and John together with another colleague - I am sorry I forgot the name was/were super mega helpful. Walk in, Christmas Eve, no appointment but those 2 guys helped me and saved Christmas! Many thanks! 5 stars definitely!
I visited the apple store this evening in Meadowhall, i was approached straight away by a lady who told us she would get us some assistance, I explained to her i was interested in a new phone. We were then approached by Liam who explained every detail about the phone which convinced me into buying it. He was excellent didn’t rush us at all and had a lot of patience with me. He is a credit to this store.
Its amazing how this store is always packed every time i walk pass. They have friendly customer service. Not particularly happy about making an appointment first before coming into the store to make a purchase but i understand this in place because of the crowd of customers
Dreadful service. Was told an appointment was made for tech support and would receive notification when support was available. Told it could take 30-40 minutes, which was fine. Then 45 minutes later was approached and told they didn't have us on the list at all. Blame was then put on me for not reminding the staff that I was waiting. The attitude of the staff sucks, need to improve their organisation and communication skills. To top it all off, half the staff are stood around just chatting.
Apple store, i don't go in this shop because I am not interested in Apple phones, however everytime I pass the shop there is plenty of staff to assist customers when they are disgusting things about their phones, Apple phones are a good product and upon listening to people that have one of these they all rate them very highly. The staff are very professional in their duties and polite.
I have made an appointment for 1pm on 04/11/2022 for the Genius Bar. We have spoke to three agents now from 12.50. It is now 1.15. 25 mins later. Still no one is helping. Poor service!
I came into the store just to browse and Hebe helped me explore through most of apple products to find what device is best suited for me. I didn't buy anything this time but she was really enthusiastic and extremely helpful! I think next time I will buy an iPad from this store as a birthday gift.
