Always a smile and a warm welcome at reception. Stylish and comfortable waiting area. Considerate and reassuring staff. I imagine it's not the cheapest practice around. But you get what you pay for and they are first class.

The last place anyone wants to go is the dentist! I don't think of Apollonia as a dentist anymore. The moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with friendly faces, faces that know exactly how you feel. My first visit was not even for myself but my husband and I was so nervous for him and for me just being in "the dentist" It was suggested that I have a relaxing massage to calm me?? But I'm at the dentist. I was then introduced to Vicky and felt less nervous in no time. I now have regular remedial massages at Apollonia House. I then made my first appointment. I saw Andrew and he put me at ease immediately. I now visit every six months and see Gill for my hygiene appointments, who gives me a squishy apple to squeeze my stress away :) You couldn't do any better than Apollonia House to make you SMILE.

Having suffered from a dentist phobia for many years due to bad experiences with past dentists I can honestly say that my appointments at the Apollonia practice have all been extremely pleasant. At my first appointment I made the staff aware that I was very nervous and they went out of their way to put me at ease. The dentist was also sympathetic to my nerves and straight away made me feel calm. Over a period of time I had some extensive work carried out at Apollonia and I was extremely pleased with the end result. The staff at the practice are friendly, approachable and professional. I would not consider going anywhere else.

I've had many dental problems over the years and went to see Andy Lane when I was feeling at a pretty low ebb last August. I immediately felt that he was a dentist and a person on whom you could place a lot of reliance. He has been unstinting in his efforts to fix my ongoing problems. Although I'm not yet completely sorted I feel much better now than when I first went to see him. He has a brilliant and supportive team working with him. The dental nurses are great and Donna, one of the hygienists at the practice has helped me a lot. I can thoroughly recommend this dental practice.

I have received absolutely excellent treatment and PERSONAL friendliness that makes all the difference. All the staff and technicians have a wonderful attitude and make a dental visit something to look forward and enjoy. Thanks especially to Andrew for my 1st introduction and Adrian for keeping up the brilliant work! Olly
