I have been using Paul for a number of years. The first time he took the efficiency of the boiler back to what it was when I bought it. Helpful, friendly and professional. I have referred him to others and been thanked for doing so. Happy to recommend him

APH Heating have done a great job in solving our central heating problem. When assessing the system they took the time to explain exactly what they were doing . they then were able to show me exactly what the problem is and how to solve it. Fast, timely, efficient and very professional. Thank-you APH Heating. very happy to recommend

Sadly not a good experience with this firm, I do feel a lot of my time has been wasted. After taking several weeks to get back to me and finally arrange a visit we waited in for a visit on the agreed day. At lunchtime I called Paul to check the plumber was coming, was promised a call back but this never happened. I subsequently tried to call- nobody picked up. I also sent a couple of texts with no reply. I have been as patient as I can but to be honest if this is the level of customer service we can expect I'd rather look elsewhere. Very disappointed.

I own a carpentry and general building business and have been using APH for about a year now. Every job has been priced well, carried out in a clean safe and professional manor.  Great guys to deal with, polite and helpful.
I highly recommend APH.
