i rented a luton van from this shower of a company through the  website, a week before i needed it [ i was moving out of my flat ],The day before i was moving i recieved a phone call saying the van was no longer avaialble !!!  obviously i was very angry i spoke with, Sam the manager ? he said oh it happens sometimes ???? and said oh don,t worry we wont charge you the cancellation fee this time  ???? 1 day before i was moving !!!!!  Very unreliable company avoid at all costs !!!!!

Great service, lovely team. I paid £700 deposit, because I thought I needed the hire car for a month. Only needed for about 10 days, and my deposit plus the overpayment was refunded quickly, without any fuss. I was really impressed.

Very professional in checking ID, licence code, and especially vehicle returns, so check your hire vehicle really closely before signing for it x4?. Include roof, windscreen, tyres/ tread, inside, yes everything.. However, the price was good and I got good service overall.

Always a pleasure visiting and picking up/swapping over new vans and cars. I recommend them to every good driver I know.

I am not one too normally write reviews, how ever my phone asked me to review some other place so I did so it got me reading what other people had written. I have been a regular to the apex car rental,weybridge. I'm on first name terms with  the  majority of staff there. They have always made me feel welcome, happy to help answer any questions and been very informative. Their customer service has always been excellent. The staff hear would make any employer happy and proud.

They often don't come up when searching for Van Rental's but I don't think I would use anyone else, if they local to you I would highly recommend them.

Absolute joke of a company, the lady on the phones doesn't have a clue! Bad service......avoid them
