St Neots Train Station has TWO carparks, reported even in 2017 as confusing passengers and leading to unfair fines. My daughter- in- law with a one week old baby & other children is a recent victim and this is causing her depression. In good faith she paid APCOA they have the receipts on TWO days but parked mistakenly in the Euro carparks and has 2x £100 fines and APCOA refuse to intervene on her behalf. On social media all comments refer are sympathetic to her plight and many refer to the unfairness suffered by others too. She can’t pay but it’s overwhelmed by this innocent error. The parking Rail charter stresses the importance of stress free parking for passengers.
AVOID it will charge you for 48 hours instead of the hours selected then the company has the cheek to try claim you haven't paid...I appealed but clearly they haven't actually looked into it and just want more money from me even though they charged me x20 what they should have anyway
Very easy to park all done online and only a short walk back to the station. Early on a Saturday so not sure how busy it would be on weekday but no problems encountered for me. Reasonable prices
Online booking easy to use. Highly recommended
