sub standard food, just alright if you have no other option EDIT: 3 to 1 star now, they have twice given reheated fries, this time the fries were not just reheated but were burnt stale dark as well, quality is fast going down, better avoid this place, food safety authority needs to seriously audit this place
Ordered 2 pizzas, they were very dry! One of them was messing sweetcorn, Both pizzas were absent of any cheese! The pizzas were all over the place in the box I ordered wedges and the box was 3/4 empty And the dip was empty the sides were just dirty and it looked used. The only good thing is that the delivery dude was nice
The first time I was here it was brilliant, absolutely brilliant. And you can't help but keep coming back. The staff are the best thing about this place, you won't find a friendlier and more outgoing bunch if you tried. The pizzas are delicious and just mouthwatering the perfect combination of cooked, crispy and flavourful. I got tomatoes on a size large last time, and when you bite into it, it kind of bursts and adds to the whole thing, so if you do come here I'd recommend that. The chips are the best here, they're nice and crispy on the outside, and soft and chewy in the inside, and they always give you a generous portion. The chicken is tender and soft, I'd recommend the wings when you're looking for a filling meal, and the dippers if you're looking to savor a delicious meal. These guys have a special formula they use for their garlic dips, and its the best dips in town. The best part of this ? They're relatively cheap, only a tenner for a large 16'' with 4 toppings. 5 stars highly recommend it.
My pizza arrived cold and late. When I rang to complain they just told me to reheat it. Being pregnant and because it was a meaty pizza I didn’t feel comfortable doing this. I had to throw it out. I’ve been emailing them for the last 2 weeks for a refund and have been constantly ignored. The head office customer service as well as the Stillorgan service is an absolute joke. The original man I spoke to rang me yesterday and was rude on the phone he insisted he offered to send out fresh food at the time which he absolutely didn’t. “I’m not arguing with you - what do you want from us” he said. I maintained I don’t want anything for free I just want my money back and they still couldn’t help me and I still have to wait to hear back. He said his manager might not agree since it’s been 2 weeks which isn’t my fault as I’ve been literally ignored for the last 2 weeks and a thread of emails to prove it. Still waiting to hear back!!! I’ll never shop from here again and I’ll be telling others about my experience also. dominos are much better quality and service. Can’t believe how they treat customers. I’ll be alerting the food safety authority also about the quality of the food
First and last time ordering. Guys accent on the phone was so thick I could barely understand him and I'm not sure he could understand me either. The delivery driver also wasnt much better and had the worst time trying to find my house. When my food finally arrived after an hour the pepperoni pizza I had ordered was a pepper and onion pizza. I would have been have furious had the whole experience not been such a farce.
Ordered some pizzas online. They called saying that since the store was going to close in 20 minutes they wouldn't deliver it unless they were paid an extra fee, which I declined. They said they'd give a refund but never did. I have rang them again and gone into the store, yet still wont give a refund. I'd recommend avoiding this place.
Pizza tastes good but the quality of pizza is not consistently maintained. The staff could be more friendly. No place to sit, only offers take away. There is ample parking available near the pizza shop. My experience was not bad, just that there is good room of improvement.
I tried to order the 2 large pizzas for 20 euro deal twice on the same day. The second time on the phone Apache customer assistant refused to accept the order.The customer assistant told us that Apache do not do it on weekends despite the fact that I have bought it before on weekends in this same branch. I dont understand the logic behind it and this is unacceptable. If Apache does not indeed do this deal on weekends it should be clearly stated on the website as well as in store. But I know this is a fabrication from the staff of this branch as I ordered earlier on this day. Second time I ordered this deal last Friday 12th of April. My order was processed. This was 2 large pizzas for 20 euro deal. I was told by customer assistant on the phone that it will take 20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later only to be informed that my pizza is not ready. In fact he didn't even start. I had to wait for about 15 minutes in store. After all that wait customer assistant told me that their card machine is not working and I will have to use ATM located on a street nearby. I asked him why he didnt tell me this when I arrived, as I already waited in store for 15 minutes. However this employee did not apologise or give me an adequate response. After all this trouble my order was not correct, as toppings on both pizzas were not done as ordered. My friend highlighted this poor customer service to this employee however he was extremely rude and was even ignoring him once he got the money. This was by far worst customer experience I had in Ireland. This branch employee does not meet basic customer support needs and definitely should receive more training or replaced. I dont see myself or anyone I know coming back to this branch anytime soon.
Food is good but there service and advertising is horrible, 10.99 they say for a large pizza, except I cant order anything else with the thing. Kids want a kids meal and I cant add them to the order. Place is a joke sometimes, charge for deliver and the driver asks me to come down to his car. Seriously need fo go to customer service classes. Always forgetting food 2
I ordered a pizza from this location today to thank somebody for helping me this week. I ordered online and had asked for the pizza to be delivered at around 8:00pm as the person would only arrive then.My pizza arrived at 6:30pm 15 minutes after ordering it. I contacted the location asking why it was delivered so early they said they had just delivered it early they told me not to touch the pizza and to leave it as they would collect it and send me a fresh one at 8pm Instead of apologizing the man I later learnt was the manager hung up in my face. I was shocked at that but decided to pay it no mind. At 8pm the pizza was not here it arrived 20 minutes late and my guest was already there. The driver took the pizza back and and gave me a fresh one.Afterwards I received a call from this location and I called back they told me slices were missing from the pizza I was appalled they’d called me for that so I asked to speak to the manager the man who had called said he was the manager and I calmly explained why I was not happy ,instead of apologizing he hung in my face again! If this gentleman is the manager I recommend he takes a customer service training course because this is absolutely unacceptable of a manager, I will never be ordering from Apache again.
