Ridiculous… Ordered at 4.10. Called at 5.10 because we were still waiting for delivery. Said I’d just come and collect it but was told it was leaving the restaurant in three minutes. Waited another 30mins before cold pizza and sides arrived.
I’ve ordered a pizza, that never reached its destination. after almost 1,5 hour of waiting called the place, and the guy on the Phone was yelling all the Time, he was totally non understandable.
I really enjoy the food I have received from this store. I have now tried the pizza, gougons & the cheese wedges. The food arrives on time Just Eat & is still surprisingly hot. I now prefer the taste of Apache's food compared to what Dominos has to offer as it seems to more handmade & less processed. The base of Apache's pizzas are also much less sweeter tasting than Doms. Definitely worth trying. Give it a go, you might agree with me.
Pizza were beautiful cooked, loads of different options of toppings, we got the triple decker. It was more than enough for a family of 5. Dough was soft and crispy, easy for children to eat. The 4 sides meant everyone got there favourites. We definitely be going again.
Tonight we ordered a pizza and sides from apache Armagh for the first time. We got it delivered. Firstly this took over 1hr. Leaving it arrived at 8.40pm when it arrived it arrived there was cold reading 25 degrees we phoned to inform them of this and there only option was to get the meal re done and sent out again are a free drink this next time. We spent over £33 on the food. And getting it remade was no good as it was getting late and we would be going to bed by the time it would be back out again. When I explained this to the shift manager he replied well that's all I can offer you, which I continued to repeat myself this was no good to me.
Still can't pay by card said the card machine has been broken for months now
Ordered a pizza at 7.23, 'received it at 9.05. Rang at 8.20 to be told their delivery van had broken down. I was informed my pizza wasn't even made and would be 20 minutes. My pizza arrived after 40 minutes, the delivery man apologised and said they were busy, no mention of a broken van. Why can't you send a text or email to inform your customers if there is a time delay, a common curtosy to let them know. After a lengthy wait, I was disappointed with the pizza, soft base and I had asked for an extra thin base, didn't get what I asked for. First and last pizza I will be getting from Apache Armagh. I would not recommend this this place for a pizza.
I was very disappointed in Apache’s service…they took 50 minute to get us our food when we were told it would be 20 minutes and once we got our food it wasn’t hot and there were a ton of things wrong with the food itself. When I called and complained they gave us a free pizza credit so that was nice of them for sure.
Great pizza they gotta give that guy who I think he's got an Italian accent a raise every pizza I get from him is just elite top bloke great pizza
Dreadful Service... Telephoned order & was told it would be 50 mins for delivery. Order arrived after one and a half hrs and was completely wrong and cold! Wrong pizza completely & completely unappetizing looking & only received half of the chicken wings ordered. Dips were wrong too! Phoned to complain, said they would send out the correct order, so far TWO HOURS have elapsed since my order was placed!! Won't be ordering from here again!
