Just collected my order after 7 o’Clock Got home to discover this. Base is rock hard and inedible. Pizzas missing cheese and toppings burnt. Worst pizza I’ve ever had. At 10.20pm I received a phone call from Daniel a member of management team in Navan Branch. his managerial skills need work as he challenged the validity of my complaint and the pictures and couldn’t understand how his pizzas were burnt. He wouldn’t offer a refund, instead insisted on having to confer with his other management in the morning to decide how much of a credit note I might receive. Domino's in future!!!
None of the food ordered was cooked properly. Cheese on the pizza was congealed and the base was so full of salt it was inedible. Chips were cold and under cooked. Taco fries basically had easi singles on them and not melted at all, again chips under cooked. Chicken tenders were greasy. Really bad. Usually order from Beauparc store and the Navan one isn’t a patch on it.
Just ordered pizza from apache pizza navan absolute disgrace freezing cold pizza and garlic bread’s burned after waiting just over an hour and 20 minutes driver took it out of his booth , then you ring and ask to speak to the supervisor/manager gives an apology which I appreciate but won’t give me back my money but will send another order would never use you or recommend your company so disappointed

I got taco chips delivered tonight, absolutely horrible!!!!! Chips was Cold,grease, and hard,and the girl on the phone was very rood!!!!!!!!

obviously horrible ordered a meal deal 2 and one of the pizzas came with no bbq sauce witch was the base and drizzle on the pizzaand the other that badly burnt the cook cut off half of the crust,with the deal it came with garlic bread and chips the box of chips i got was empty there was about 10 chips in the box.the only thing they got right in this order was the drinks and garlic bread. the lady we called about this was extremely rude saying “so what’s the problem then” after we told her about the food “everytime we order from here there’s always something wrong with the food.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE.0/10

Food is always hot and fresh,i do usually collection so I'm very happy with the quality of the food..
Pure rotten no English for starters,,among the conversation the guy asked me did I want cheese on the pizza, should have hung up the phone there and then, garlic bread instead of chips, everything over salted won't be ordering from Apache again....
