Big store, helpful and pleasant staff. Quality was as expected but there were a lot of items with small amounts of damage.  There is a public bathroom and baby change at the back of the store by Lighting and it's a great door. The toilets were perfectly clean and nice.

Used to be a great store but they now only seem to employ school leavers with no training or knowledge, Plumbing section has been shrunk to nothing.  The staff hanging around the tills only bark ‘paying by card?’ and if you are they refuse to check you out pointing you at the self service fills.   The current management need to go and some customer focused direction returned.

Had what I wanted.  I did consider getting some mdf board, but the cutting area seemed to be unmanned with another person waiting. So I just brought what I had found.  The till I went to was one of those with two tills in one line - with one person operating both, so I got out amazingly quickly.  Now to find where I left the car!

Amazing clean not seen a cleaner DIY project before and well set out. Lots of choice and you felt like you were important when you asked for advice. Not of a nightmare getting out but be patient. Some good prices and some not so good so shop carefully.

This B&Q is one of the biggest i have visited, car park is free but can fill up quickly, and can be a bit of a nightmare getting out of, as the roundabout directly outside chokes up the traffic. Full stocked with everything you want and expect, staff offered great service and advice. There seems to be more self service tills than manned ones. I got what i needed so all in all a good experience.

So much variety!! Spacious and great customer service. Would definitely be back soon!

Best B&Q around. Huge store with equally huge selection.  Plenty of self checkouts too which is great when you are just popping in to get one or two things and don’t want to be queuing for ages at a manned till.

Good selection of DIY products

Today's visit was to check out prices on 2 items and to register again my B&Q Club Card. The young lady at the entrance was wonderfull, I am 83 and use a stick and her help was exemplary and without the usual patronising many old people get. This will be the wrong spelling but the young lady was Brittany and she is a credit to B & Q.

Several staff and 3 managers but no one "trained" to use a mobile forklift to take stock off the first shelf as per the manager. In the mean time the forklift is driving up and down in the back moving stock. Surely managers are trained otherwise how do they know staff are using the forklifts safely?
