My boyfriend and I have just put in an offer for our first home together through this estate agents. The whole team have been truly amazing & supportive throughout the process and helped us to find the perfect home. They have gone above & beyond with sending us properties, checking in with us, asking for feedback & getting viewings booked in quickly and at times that work around us with work commitments. I couldn’t recommend this estate agents enough. Thank you for the support you have provided & continuing to do so whilst we go through this process.
We highly recommend the AQ team. From the outset the whole team have been simply wonderful. We knew from our first meeting with Chris and Emma we would be in safe hands and sold just over a week after being on the market with them. Lenny was amazing at keeping everything going and keeping us up to date throughout. We have been treated like friends and that has been so important to us. All of our enquires were answered promptly. Chris, Shannon and the whole team have been totally amazing throughout the whole process and made us feel at ease each step of the way. They never failed to remind us that this is our home, and we are in control with their experience and expertise as guide and support to us, which has been totally priceless. They dealt with us like normal, down to earth people and didn’t try to take over, control or sway our decisions with anything we were uncomfortable with or not 100% happy with. Shannon managed to secure an offer on our first day of viewings! Very pleasant to deal with these guys and we are now looking to buy our next home from them, after selling our property through Quirks!! 5*!!!!

I cannot big these guys up enough! We had a bad experience a few years ago no fault of Anthony quirk at all but we decided to go back on the market again and our only choice was Anthony Quirk! Chris & Lenny were the reason we went back and Zoe and Ryan along with Chris and Lenny have made this time so much better! They make you feel like one of the family and are literally on call 24/7! Absolutely amazing and would use these guys every single time!
Our first house fell through on a Monday with another estate agent. We put trust into AQ who organised multiple viewings, and in the space of 7 days, we managed to secure our new home. As first time buyers, the whole team were always on hand to answer any questions we had to put our minds at ease.
