Anthony J Turner have been helping me relocate from London and could not have been more helpful and supportive.  Prompt responses, video tours of houses I couldn't get up for a viewing of and keeping me up to date on everything that's coming onto the market across rental and sales.  Dominic has gone above and beyond and has done everything with a smile and professionalism. I feel like the team actually care about my move, rather than being just a customer.

Honestly so far I've had great service from the team, in particular Dominic who has sorted out any initial teething issues with no stress.  They also managed to get me into the property within 1 week which is the fastest turnaround I've seen from any estate agent. I'd recommend them.

I have recently had the brilliant help of Anthony J Turners in securing a rental property in Todmorden. The communication has been exceptional, I've never had to chase or ask questions, as they have always been incredibly transparent about the process and prompt in there responses. We recently let and subsequently sold our flat with the help of Anthony J Turner. They have managed the letting and maintenance of the flat for many years and have been proactive in finding good tenants and people to view the flat when it was available for sale. The staff are helpful and friendly.

UPDATE: Point proven. This company are more interested in taking pot shots at us than listening to the concerns of its customers. This unprofessional response has left us more insulted than before, and an accusal of online bullying is deeply hurtful.  I'm very distressed to be writing this review about a "reputable" company. We have recently had a bad experience over a viewing with an employee of A J Turner who tried to pressure us into taking time out of work to attend a viewing, and ignored our requests to schedule a viewing outside our working hours but within A J Turner's opening hours. We never heard anything back. When trying to pursue this, "Ben" at A J Turner denied that this happened and told us we were provided several times for a viewing, none of which were communicated to us after the initial contact. Any attempt at trying to resolve this was met with denial.  We have since found A J Turner to be very unprofessional at dealing with customer complaints. Replies to comments via this platform are often sarcastic in tone, or deny responsibility which we expect for this review also. From experience this also seems true for contact in person.  I'm sure many people who deal with A J Turner may have a positive experience, but I warn, in case of any potential complaints, you go elsewhere to find an estate agents who are willing to respect their customers and work out any problems in a professional manner.
