Lovely pizza but always stone cold by the time you get them. Need to sort their delivery out. Paying for delivery now hot pizzas not stone cold ones

Awful... Bad service received wrong food. When called restaurant they blamed us although my fiance can't eat pork. They still tried to make out it was our fault. So I had to log on Facebook and prove to them that they have messed up and not us. Super rude and the food was awful pizza was cold. The kebab meats were chewy and rubber like. the manager has no manners at all. And the staff there are so rude with no respect.  All I can say is the driver was very friendly. Over all we will not ever come back here again due to allergy concerns. Al of my findings will be passed on to Northumberland county council for a full investigation to take place.

Brilliant food Brilliant Service I always order and collect and its always ready I travel from Bedlington to Ashington and there must be at least 10 similar places in Bedlington however having tried them prior I only use Antep Ashington now.

So we’ve ordered from here literally hundreds of times. Been a cracking customer. Earlier during lockdown they said they wouldn’t deliver to us because it “took too long so we are only delivering to ashington”.  That was fair enough. Even though we were disappointed as we’ve been excellent customers. Tonight their website was taking pasta orders, but Just Eat wasn’t. Rang them to ask the question and the answer was “we are too busy”.  These lot are happy for your business - and you can order for years as a loyal customer - but when it suits them they will forget about you.  Well thanks for the appreciation of literally hundreds of orders. Literally hung up on us when we rang up. We won’t order again. ‍

Quoted £17 on the phone, delivery driver charged me £18 and tried to leave with two £10 notes saying he'd bring change. We took back a £10 gathered the £8 change and accidentally gave him back the £10 and the change. He's now denying all knowledge and management don't seem interested, fortunately not relying on the money but urge people to be weary of this as the delivery driver is dishonest deliberately charging more than the order was meant to cost.

Order food at 19.30 they said it wouldn't be long 1 hour 30 min later still not got it

Always order from Antep, always spot on food and arrives within about 15 minutes after ordering off just eat. Absolutely amazing

Never known a take away to not give you the option of chips with your donna and to charge 6.40. I phoned to say i hadnt recived the chips to then be told you had to write it in the notes but it dosnt say to do so. waited over 30mins for chips to come so the donna is freezing cold what a waste of money wont be coming back also the customer service isnt very good either

Always referred people here but won't be again! Tonight's kebabs were made up of cold kebab meat, very small portion of chips, the salad was just two types of cabbage, cold and brittle pitta bread, wrong sauces given too. I'm off elsewhere from now on.

Food not bad but please dont order the Nutella Cheesecake!! Was vile, tasteless frozen muck - one mouthful and put straight in the bin. Certainly wasn't nutella on the top, worst cheesecake I've ever tasted
