The reviews are rubbish. In all my years using this Post Office I have never ever had any issues. They are a delightful lot and very helpful with plenty hints and tips when it comes to posting.
Very unhelpful, unwelcoming, clearly unable to use their professional judgement on whether to retain or hand over a package. No interest in HELPING a customer.

The person who works here is rude and unhelpful. I recommend avoiding this post office at all costs. As an alternative, Pittenweem post office has lovely, helpful staff.
