Thank you Terri for the excellent service! Picked up on time from Bodmin Parkway for our visit to Padstow. Excellent communication and easy to pay via a link to your phone if you don't have cash. Another on time pick up for the return journey from Padstow and we made the train in plenty of time. Really fair prices and Terri is a lovely lady and happy to recommend places to visit and eat in the local area. Book in advance if you can as with the great service she's quite busy. Just the best taxi service ever! Terri is always so kind and helpful and nothing is ever a problem! Responds to text messages by return, always prompt and updates you with transfers. Can highly recommended
Terri drove me to Bodmin Parkway station on 27th May. She was friendly and chatty which made the journey pleasant. Terri confirmed my journey ahead of picking me up which I find reassuring, as I stress about my connections. she arrived in good time and I arrived in plenty of time for my train minus any stress. I was charged the fare that I was Quoted which is a reasonable price. I recommend Annie's and would use them again. They're an officiant and friendly service.
I highly recommend using Annie's Taxis! Terri was so kind and very helpful. She arrived early even though our train was a bit delayed. She even helped us find someone for our return trip since she was unavailable. Would definitely recommend!
Best service ever. Would 100% reccomend. We got held up by 2 hours on the train and Terri was in constant communication with us and was so helpful, despite our ever changing plans. Thank you so much, would 100% reccomend.
Deserve NO stars at all. Users beware! Learn from our experience: Despite what is advertised on their website - do NOT believe the blurb. They proved, by our extremely unfortunate experience with this company, that they have no care at all about lone women travellers and are more than happy to leave them, abandoned and alone late at night at a train station: as they did our daughter. It was only due to the kindness of strangers and a wonderfully caring train manager from GWR, that her safety was ensured. We booked the company, based on their website boasts, and what we now know is false advertising, and agreed a price at least 6 weeks before the journey. They were fully aware of the circumstances. Quite simply, they did not fulfil their obligation and cancelled the booking, actually whilst our daughter was on the train, en-route to Bodmin on the last train of the day. Annie's Taxis proved beyond doubt that the 'care and safety' of their passengers is NOT of the 'utmost importance' to them and they have nothing at all to be 'proud' of regarding their UNreliability. They do NOT ensure that 'everyone arrives at their destination safely'. All these false claims and false assurances should be removed from their advertising.
