Annie Mo’s is a proudly offbeat independent furniture shop that has no interest in fleeting fancies or soon-to-be-forgotten fads. Founded in Scotland’s north east city of Aberdeen in 1992, Annie Mo’s has enjoyed twenty-two years of unrivalled success, furnishing homes throughout Scotland and beyond.

Now, in 2014, Annie Mo's has two shops in Scotland and has successfully launched a new website www.anniemos.com, enabling you for the first time, to live the Annie Mo's lifestyle wherever in the UK you might be. We are proud to be a locally owned company....and appreciate custom received both locally and further afield. Ordered a Pocket Watch Wall Clock yesterday morning and received it this morning. Perfect size and well packaged. Will use again. Thank you.
Was thinking to buy a thing from there, but noticed that the ownerI suppose is parking always his fancy car just in front of the shop and people can't get on and off the buses safely. Buses are stopping in second lane and blocking the traffic, and the worst thing is he don't care at all, he always says I need it there. I would say, people should stop spend money in his shop, and than he will not need anymore to be there, and people would be able to get on the buses safely.
Emailed in twice to ask a question before ordering and it should have been a warning when no reply to either but it was only retailer I could find the vase in stock. It arrived with a brown tide mark around top ,and in a mouldy box.on emailing images in for help ,no reply to any. Luckily I paid via PayPal so I contacted them for help.Annie Mo didn't respond to PayPal case throughout, but I've just had confirmation of my partial refund,PayPal decided in my favour. I wouldn't purchase again im afraid, item not perfect as should have been and customer service non existent. I'd advise everyone to pay via PayPal,theres the help there if needed then .
We ordered a made to measure footstool in July 2021, with a £500 deposit paid at the time, and then told delivery wouldnt be until early January - we are currently at 7 months and counting for this to be delivered. I called twice in January and was told someone would call back to inform me of delivery time - this didnt happen. No communication with customers, and having to chase them up for information is not acceptable for pieces of this expense especially. I'm all for supporting local businesses but I won't be buying anything from here again

Absolutely terrible service. Do not buy from these charlatans they have failed even remotely to deliver a rug I ordered within the timeframe quoted. When I contacted the staff they do not seem to remotely care. Moral of the story don't buy from this establishment.
Called Emily at Annie mo's to purchase the Emmerdale clock on May 7th 2020. At the time she did inform me that due to lockdown it would not be available till July. She was very friendly and helpful and I ordered and paid deposit as suggested by Emily. We called again July as we had seen on the website that there was a further delay, we called to see what was going on. She informed me that they would be in and out for delivery early September. Once again I had to call to find out a date, and we were advised Mid September. I thought this is dragging on but as I had waited 16 weeks I thought another 2 weeks and I will have the clock. In between purchasing the clock, paying a deposit and today 18th September my wife has messaged Emily asking for updates and order details but have not received any paperwork still. We have received no updates at all, I tried to call Emily twice today but no answer so I called the shop and spoke to someone who more or less knew nothing about our order. She said she needed to speak to Emily herself and once again I had to call back later to get an update. I have now decided to have my refund back as I still was not given any idea of when I would receive the order. what a waste of time
I ordered a bookcase costing £396 from Annie Mo's. Despite several attempts to contact them regarding delivery, no one got back to me. I tried email / phone/ whatsapp & messenger. I ended up cancelling the order after a month of no communication. Thankfully I paid by credit card and have been refunded. Annie Mo's have again today taken the £396 from my credit card......no communication from them. The credit card company have created a dispute log for this company.
Payed £385 for mirror in Jan including delivery costs. In 15th of August told me no money to cover the costs of delivery I ordered a mirror in January 2020. I paid £360 + delivery 25£. The mirror broke on its way and had to be re-scheduled. I received an email with photos after I requested few times the status of my order. COVID Came in. I was calling sometimes, they told me that by 15th of June the product would arrive from Holland. I have been calling them and mailing them every week. Asking them to give me email with the status, so I can formally complain, escalate, etc. In 15th of August or so, the mirror arrived to their warehouse. They increased the price of the mirror in their website as well, substantially to £495 They state that the money I paid for the delivery is not enough. They would be at a loss. I have been asking them to send me an email with my options, like refund, pay a bit more of delivery or any other option. They just don't take me serious and are not replying me to any of my emails with a written update. That is the formality and consideration you can expect from this shop.
