"Inspired by and designed in Bali, our beautiful range of jewellery features unique stacking bracelets, rings, earrings and necklaces. Many of Annie’s designs are intended to carry a special meaning by way of mantras or symbols that represent luck, love, protection, strength and well-being. It is core to Annie’s ethos that all her designs should carry a message of either love or support. Many of the pieces can be personalised with initials and a choice of mantra to pass on a special message to the recipient."

Not only do they sell beautiful jewellery but the customer service is first class. I made a mistake with the address all my fault but Annie Haak reassured me and made the process stress free. They are so polite and helpful and answer all emails very quickly. The lady on the phone was amazing. This is the standard that every company should live up to. Highly recommend! I have some lovely pieces of jewellery over the years from Annie Haak. Can’t rate them highly enough, they also offer a service to restring bracelets which is excellent.

I have been a customer of Annie Haak for several years now and found there silver jewellery to be beautifully designed.

The owner has 2 daughters which are very unfriendly and don’t act professional in their business. Their company Nu and Mii belongs to this one. My husband and me had a very bad experience with the personal interacting.

I recently had an issue with a delivery that didn’t arrive at my address. The customer service team dealt with this very professionally and swiftly resolved with Royal Mail to arrange a re-delivery. Considering it’s coming up to christmas and the demand is high, I felt the team really cared about me and my situation. Therefore for that reason I would highly recommend this company.
