Very good service, staff are friendly and professional. I had a wax with Steph and she went the extra mile in general with the treatment in small ways that other salons have not. Deceivingly small building once inside feels like a rabbit warren with lots of small rooms (probably not very wheelchair friendly) They offer a wide range of treatments, however they far more expensive than other beauty salons. For a once in a while treatment i think its worth it for a few extra pounds!

Having been a customer for 20+ years, I can honestly say that you'd be hard-pushed to find a more professional establishment. I'm sure there are others available offering what they think is a similar standard, at a cheaper cost but you can't value customer service, ambience, standard of treatment rooms and most of all, friendly, professional members of staff. The range of treatments available is extremely comprehensive; always keeping one step ahead of the times. I would have no hesitation in recommending that you book an appointment and judge for yourself.

Thank you so much to Helena for the nails, coffee and chat! My nails are fab and it was lovely to sit and relax with a bit of pampering. I’ll see you soon for my infills!

I absolutely love this place! The products are gorgeous, the salon is always immaculately clean, the staff are incredibly professional and knowledgeable about both the treatments and the products and I always leave feeling like I've been pampered! I highly recommend their Tri-Active Facial....it's an hour of heaven!
