The staff here today were rude and disinterested. We asked for a kids menu from a waitress and a badly photocopied version was just thrown at us, she didn't utter a word, not even a smile. Ordered at the bar, bar waitress was friendly enough. Next the pot of knives and forks was just put on our table, same waitress didn't even look at us and again didn't utter a word or a smile, nothing. Food came out fast enough but was bought over by two members of staff one looked like management since she wasn't wearing uniform and the other was the rude waitress. Again, barely a word from them and their demeanour was not nice at all. I went to the bat to ask where I could find ketchup for my daughter nothing was offered to be told by this manager looking woman that its 'over there' with a vague point at somewhere. I asked her to clarify where and she said sarcastically 'on the table with all the sauces'. We also heard this manager woman being rude to other customers across from us. None of this was a nice experience for my child who was getting this meal out as a reward for being kind at school. I think she could teach the staff a thing or two!! I do have photos of the staff but I won't share them here, I will however be making a formal complaint.
An amazing pub with great staff Food is reasonably priced and has a great service . Well recommended if your passing the area

Had a lovely time here celebrating sons birthday with family prior to rolla city..which 2 mins away from here,15 of us yesterday,any problems solved quickly, they gave us a lovely table which was very ideal with children,well away from bar and near toilets with lots of space.. sasha was on duty and she done a really fabulous job making everyone feel so welcome. Thankyou so much, had a great time, they gave kids crayons and activity sheets Also. meals were good quality and great value, defo recommended x

Lovely food, piping hot and fast to arrive. Friendly cheerful staff.
Rudest staff I’ve seen. An elder lady, in a pink top was absolutely disgraceful. We was made to feel we had brought COVID into there, not 14 paying customers. The waiter greeted us and was ok, he told us to find a table that wasn’t reserved. The elder lady was constantly tutting and running around after us telling us wasn’t allowed this table or chair. Instead of being a normal waitress, she just told us what not to do and didn’t try to help in anyway. Absolutely disgrace, wouldn’t recommend to anyone
Yummy food as always, in the place where I was actually born, the Anne Boleyn x wonderful staff
Food was very good and will be going there again very soon
Family friendly place. Very varied menu. The TV's need changing though and the steaks were not as big as I expected. Reasonable prices. All in all, worth a visit or two!! 3.5 stars
