We were sceptical to begin with, having a stranger live in our house while we were on holiday. However, Donna was wonderful. We have cats, dogs and fish which she took great care of. The dogs were never left alone for very long. One of my dogs was in the middle of treatment for a bad paw, and Donna took him for his check up at the vets. She gave out medication where required and cleaned out ears. She kept the house clean. She sent us regular texts and video clips which was reassuring. Worth every penny. Would definitely use them again and thoroughly recommend them.

After planning our trip south we thought it best for our dog Bear to have a wee holiday of his own. We found these wonderful people and the service we received was beyond fantastic. He was welcomed into their home and had friends to play with. I was kept in the loop with the things he was doing with their fantastic communication and when he came back to us he was calm and you could tell he had just an awesome time. Jeff and Donna treated bear like one of their own and the passion they have for the animals they take in is very clear. I wouldn't recommend anybody higher. And I will defiantly be using them again in the future. Thank you for everything guys.

If you are a pet owner, and have perhaps thought of engaging an Animals at Home Service, but have concerns about doing so, then put any worries you may have aside and phone Donna and Jeff at Animals at Home North Warwickshire. I guarantee you will not be disappointed, in fact I would go so far as to say you will be absolutely delighted with how they care for and treat your pet. I found their service to be 5 Star and more. We left our two male cats Rocket and Scooter at home for 2 weeks whilst we went away. Beforehand, Donna called round to meet with me and to make herself acquainted with the boys and to discuss their routines. Donna is a very friendly and caring person and I 'took to her ' straight away. The care Donna gave to our cats was second to none. Even on the second day, we received a text and photos from her of the cats and during the following two weeks we received very regular updates, more photos of relaxed and happy cats and even a short video of them. This completely put our minds at rest and enabled us to fully enjoy our holiday abroad. We have already booked them again for our next short break in October. Donna and Jeff, I thank you and salute you both for such a wonderful service you provided.

We moved house to Scotland 379 miles away. Donna and Jeff were absolutely brilliant in making sure that our two cats (and us) had a stress-free move. Jeff picked the cats up from the cattery we had left the, in and drove them up to Scotland in the van. We had thought about trying to do all this ourselves, but I'. So glad we didn't. Absolutely worth the money - and I wouldn't hesitate to use Animals at Home again!
