Very friendly and helpful staff. Went in for a special dog food that I normally buy from them online as there was an in-shop promotion. No stock, but still they kindly ordered it for me, complete with discount, and the purchase also qualified for free delivery so Indisnt have to xome back to the store to collect and I got an additional surprise discount. Can't ask for more, really
The staff at the establishment were rude and unhelpful, which was when I want to purchase a guinea pig for a family member. However, while I tried to take a photograph of it to see if I got the correct one but instead, I was met with an aggressive response from the staff, complaining that i can not take the picture with no real explanation. Apart from "policy'. Resulting in me glady not making a over priced purchase.
a few days ago I bought some fish, I could only get six, so I bought six, one of them looked like she was about to die, so I told the lady that this fish was very weak, she said replace it, I wasn't sure about the fish, that they would all live, I went home, put the bag in the aquarium to let them get used to it. water and then I put the fish in the water after 2 hours. The fish was dead, then another one was dead, but four of them are doing very well, so today I went to the store and told them that two of the fish were dead, the staff was very rude, they suggested to me that it was my fault that the fish were dead. I was very surprised, especially since one Fish costs almost £3, so I paid for the Fish, I brought them home And that's how much of my money I had previously asked what would happen if one of them didn't survive because they were very tiny, the lady said there was no problem, we'd take your word for it and replace it, but I I had photos confirming that the staff was very rude, the manager, I heard her telling the boy not to give the money back, only that I was nice, the lady at the cash register and she was very apologetic, I used this store very often because we have animals at home, but after today's treatment, I won't go there again This store's service is terrible. The manager is very rude... I won't go there again after today's treatment. It's normal, it's your fault that the fish are dead. Bring the water for analysis. You probably have bad water. How on earth do I have all the water when the whole fish aquarium is doing great…
totally incompetent staff. i bought there a fish tank for 120 pounds and other stuff. after several days i found out by accident that the price of the fish tank on the receipt was 150 pounds. i also did not understand the instructions so i came back. i showed the receipt to the staff in front, told them that the discounted price tag was inside the show fish tank and demanded 30 pounds back. however, the manager asked for a photo of the discounted price tag. who takes such photos, jesus?? of course, i did not have it. then the manager wanted me to bring the box with the discounted price sticker. i told her i got a new box, no price sticker on it. the manager does not know how they sell fish tanks?? . so she told me that she had to search all last purchases i could not understand for what, i never met with such methods of all their customers from last days , and that it would take long time so she told me to go home to wait there and they would call me and they asked me to give them my full name and phone number. i considered this such a stupidity, i demanded them to let me inside the shop to check whether the discounted price tag was still inside the show fish tank they had asked me to stay near the entrance. they finally allowed, i checked the tag, it was still there!! such a stupid manager! she should have known this! so they spent another three minutes by examining their discounted price tag...it was such an absurd comedy...i told them to show me how to assemble the fish tank with all that stuff and i showed them the original instructions. they could not understand the instructions themselves. they did not have any assembled fish tank to show me. they asked me to bring the tank and all stuff back the following day and another assistant would do it. i told them all stuff were scattered all over my table, it was not convenient for me...so they told me to browse youtube ...so i tried to assemble it myself when i found out they had sold me an incompatible heater! while the heater couldnot be in a vertical position, only in diagonal, the aquarium has a chamber just for vertical heater! i dont know whether the heater will work correctly if i place it in the widest chamber not with the biggest water flow the heater requires the strongest flow. but what i know for 100% is that the staff will have no clue. i will not buy anything anymore in that place.
Fantastic range of pet supplies and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable when asked for advice. Their prices could be more competitive.
Called ahead to make sure they had the frozen food needed for my ball python and was met with a very friendly service on the end of the phone. I later went in and got what I wanted with ease. The employees were talkative and friendly with smiles and a willing to help. I was pleased with the store and the later opening hours is handy when you work in retail yourself like I do. Very handy and will be going back. Would have been 5 stars if the pricing was a little better and there was a bit more stock but other than that, no complaints!
Such a lovely lady at the till. She made my shopping experience very positive.
Always helpful even when your dogs being naughty
Took my dog into Bracknell Groom room and my dog came back still dirty. I was firstly advised that it would take an hour to clean, when I got there she said 45 minutes, I turned up 40 minutes later and he was tied in the back. I have a large dog, it is not that quick to wash and dry. I sent in a complaint, and received a sorry reply, but nothing else, never had another reply back, no compensation, no second groom, just silence. Having a white dog makes it much easier to see where they are still dirty. Wiping him on his stomach using a baby revealed the dirt still there and his bum defiantly hadn’t been cleaned. Really disappointed in the service, complaints and overall I wouldn’t take him here again.
Great stock of all things I was looking for with the added plus of great staff
