Really looked after my Ruby who had terror and fear of being handled by strangers and unfamiliar events. They treated her with patience and thoughtful planning. I felt at ease leaving her for her surgery and am pleased with her treatment. Just found myself a new vet! Will take her here again if needed. Thank you to all the staff. First time I’ve given 5 stars to anyone X
Had a very unfortunate and upsetting incident with my cat. I called up the practise at about 10am and got an appointment for 4:45pm the same day. The staff in the surgery made me feel so comfortable and confident in knowing that they genuinely cared about my cat and were going to help him. They were very upfront and honest, they let me know that it was very likely he would lose his leg but reassured me that he would be ok. I went from worrying that I was going to lose him to fully trusting that he was going to be OK and that they were going to help him. After the surgery they were more than happy to answer all of my questions and support me with tips on how to support my cat and his recovery. I am so grateful for the vets here because he is now at home feeling a little sorry for himself but comfortable and already seeming back to his own sassy ways. I couldn't thank the staff more for everything. It's so lovely to see so many genuine animal lovers doing what they can to keep our pets well. They deserve all 5 of those stars and more.nThank you from myself and Loki.
Had to cancel last minute due to unforeseen circumstances and the lady on reception was very understanding It was our first appointment with our new puppy as well 10/10 Well done
This place and the people who work in it are absolutely awesome. Would not go anywhere else. They were excellent with my cat who lost and eye and had a broken chin and they also had a special relationship with my Caucasian Shepherd Ella. It's been 14 months now since she went to Rainbow Bridge and I am crying as I write this. They all loved her so much. The staff where very caring and shared my pain. They even shed there own tears. I would not have a bad thing said about any of them. Your all the best
