The best veterinary practice around. If you want a vet that puts your fur babies first, then this is the place to go. The reception and pharmacy staff do an amazing job, always going above and beyond to help. They too are all caring animal loving people. So expect your pet to be stroked and fussed over.nI lost my boy Diego last year to Heart failure and all the way through his illness, I was given support and most of all understanding.Thanks to Guilia vet I was able to have several months more with Diego.nMegan Reception is amazing, when I lost my Diego, she totally understood my heartbreak and walked with me every step of the way. The empathy and understanding she shown, will never be forgotten, she’s a real Gem.nI still attend here with my other dog and I know he is in safe hands, I highly recommend it to everyone I meet. I’ve finally found a place where…The animal comes first before money!nThe only issue I have is the parking. It can sometimes get a little overcrowded, but since they installed the number plate booking in service, it seems to have improved slightly. This is no reflection of the actual service you receive.
Can't praise these guys enough. Such lovely people and took care of both my dogs last moments. Made an awful time a little easier to handle with their understanding, compassion and kindness to my animals . Thanks again
Georgina was brilliant with Louie , she new straight away what the problem was , got him on the right meditation, advice me and gave me all the information to change Louie’s food , the correct products to clean his ears and wash himnShe couldn’t do enough to stop this problem Louie has had this problem on and off for yearsnnI have a happy dog that is not going mad crying , itching and shaking his headnThank you
Swapped to this vets with my dog over 5 years ago and so glad we did. Being an elderly dog we've had a few health concerns over the years. The staff have always been great, getting her in quickly when needed and being patient with her. They were always upfront and honest and didn't make her go through any unnecessary treatment.nUnfortunately we had say goodbye to her recently, again the vet who we saw and the staff were fantastic. Even though it was booked as a routine appointment they didn't rush us and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision and say goodbye.
Excellent service at both Ashton and in particular Newton Heath. Staff cannot do enough for you. Georgian the vet is wonderful. Because of my concern she gave me lots of time and reassurance.
