We used the kennels for the first time for our three dogs, it’s always hard using new places, the dogs seemed to settle in well. On picking up, it was clear that they have been very well looked after, they were happy, had lovely shiny coats and smelt great, we would definitely use them again. I can highly recommend Animal Inn
Called for some information regarding dog boarding, as never used before! We have recently adopted a rescue dog. Spoke to a male on the phone who, went I’d said I was after information on boarding and pricing, he simply laughed. Explained our puppy was 10 months old, a rescue and mixed breed. His only response was “can’t help you there” with no explanation as to why. Odd one, and a bit naff service too.
The friendliest owners in the world who clearly care about animals! My dog LOVES it here. Wouldn't dream of leaving him with anyone else He is always very looked after and happy when he's here and comes home smelling lovely
We discovered this place by accident. We had a year old large Gsd and never wanted to put him in kennels when we went away. We booked him into a local residential homing and while we were on holiday abroad, the person responsible for my dog couldn't "cope " with him she had another 4 dogs boarding as well at the same time so she randomly phoned around and booked him into the first kennels she found available. I was devastated when told whilst on holiday but the kennels were absolutely amazing! They reassured me that he was fine and even sent me photos! Our dog was absolutely fine when we picked him up and we could see that he had been well looked after. We have used the kennels ever since at least twice a year and I wouldn't send him anywhere else. Staff are fantastic and they really do care about the welfare of your dog and understand what they mean to you. He is always pleased to see the staff there and doesn't even give me the cold shoulder when he comes home.i know he is safe there and the staff know their stuff!! Thank you Animal inn!
Recently left my 3 dogs here for 2 weeks. The owner and staff were lovely and easy to get on with. My dogs came home looking healthy and happy. On pick up one dog jumped back out of the car to say goodbye to them again. Will definitely be using again. And will recommend
Our cat Milo is quite a fussy little Mr - he doesn't like many people and is picky over food - Animal Inn was understanding and accommodating and after just a couple of days into an almost three week stay while we honeymooned they were kind enough to send photos and let us know he was getting on great and was now best friends with the lady who works there! We'd have no issues sending him back to this place where all animals are obviously loved and cared for - and we know our neighbours are taking their dog to the kennel there too! Very professional and caring too. Great x
We have been bringing our cats to Animal Inn for 7 years now and wouldn’t take them anywhere else. The cattery is always clean and the new, bigger cat enclosures means our two can stay together. The staff are friendly and really care about the pets in their care, and if we’re away for a longer period of time will send us photos of TC & Maple, to put our minds at rest. I have no hesitation in recommending Animal Inn.
We have left my chocolate lab, hunter, there 2 times. I wouldn't go anywhere else. It is a very friendly, family run business. My dog as always seemed very happy there. It is certainly the best kennels we have used. I highly recommend them.
I have brought my two chocolate labs here every year for a few years now, and I know they are well looked after and cared for. The staff are friendly and obviously love the animals to bits so I am confident about leaving my dogs there. I would recommend Animal Inn to anyone looking for more than just boarding kennels.
I have used Animal Inn for a number of years now and have only great things to say about them. My 2 dogs are always well cared for and happy to return. The kennels are always clean and the new exercise yard is great. I would recommend them to anyone.
