Absolutely stunning. Cannot rate this highly enough. The park is beautiful, the lodges are incredible and the owners lovely. Genuinely would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay that offers more than just a 'normal' lodge. The lodges themselves are brand new and all finished to a standard higher than my own home. Set withing a newly created parkland setting, all with hot tubs and private decking, the accomodation is like nothing I have experienced before. Add to that the new "G and T rooms" which is the on-site restaurant / bar / hub and serves the most incredible food and drinks (including, as the name would suggest, a LOT of different gins!), plus a huge natural play areas for the kids, outdoor seating area and reception desk, and you have a truly incredible base to explore the local area. Walking and cycling to the local (beautiful) villages of Stokesley and Great Ayton is possible via the newly built routes through the park alongside the river, and there's bus stops right outside the new entrance too. Truly a beautiful venue, and one we plan on coming back to again and again. Stayed - April 2018 for 3 nights Guests - 2 adults, 2 kids Accomodation - "Heron" 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom lodge
