Always receive 5* treatment at this salon! All the therapists are friendly, and will advise on the treatment they recommend. They make sure you leave happy with your treatment. Always recommend to my friends!

There is nothing angelic about this place! My daughter had kindly given me a voucher to use at Angelic Hair and Beauty which I had intended to use today. I actually had to walk out before I had my facial. It smelt really really terrible... i was kept waiting for ages while the staff ate... and then a very rude old lady came to take me through for the treatment. I actually had to make excuses and leave, I have never walked out of a place such as this before but I actually began to dread her touching my face!!

....This is a rather belated response to C Sky's review, I am sorry for the delay.... here at Angelic we try to offer the best service possible and are very sorry to hear that on this occasion you feel that this was not given . I understand that you arrived early for your appointment and that the therapist had only just finished a one & a half hour treatment and was actually having some refreshment prior to coming to give you your treatment. All our facial treatments last between one and one & a half hours therefore the therapist does need a small break, this is why we allow up to 2 hours between each appointment, if this was not explained at the time I apologise. Since your complaint has been brought to my attention we have reviewed the salon practices and made the necessary amendments we do take complaints very seriously and wherever possible take action to ensure that the problem does not happen again. There was obviously a mix up with communications which left you feeling badly treated and annoyed for which I again apologise, however I do not think that personal insults written against therapists were appropriate, I am pleased to say that the salon has had a revamp both in decoration and layout making it fresher looking since your visit. I hope this unfortunate experience will not stop you visiting the salon again and will still honor your voucher and provide 20% off a future treatment. please contact the salon to discuss an appointment. thank you a brown (salon owner)
