Tracy, Kim, Vesi & Eva are all brilliant Nail Technicians. I have had my nails done by them all & never been disappointed! Their customer service is phenomenal & they are so accommodating when I ask for designs! Kim is especially great at Pedicures as I don’t have the best toenails/feet & I always come away with them feeling amazing! I constantly get compliments on my nails after having them done & cannot recommend Angel’s enough! I thoroughly enjoy & look forward to my visits every time! I’ve used this salon for the past 6 years and just won’t go anywhere else. I’ve never been disappointed and always walk away with perfect nails! I’m always impressed by the range of options SNS, BIAB, Gel Powder, Acrylic and there is no one else locally that has the colour range they do. I brought my daughter here for her first gel manicure. I made an appointment the day before and explained at length and showed pictures of what she wanted explaining she wanted extensions but gel not acrylic. We were quoted £34, I even asked if that included the nail art and she said yes and she wrote it on the booking. The next day we went in to have my daughters nails done. When she was finished I got up to pay and the technician starts adding everything up and says £52 in total! I said we agreed a price yesterday and she said but you were only quoted for gel yesterday not the extensions etc, she laughed in my face and started saying about different types of nails and started re adding it all up. I felt like I was being taken for an absolute ride. I said This means nothing to me, you are the professional if I show you something and ask a price for it to be done in gels with extensions that’s what it should be, I had never once mentioned nail polish although that’s what she said that price was for I said explicitly gel. She said if I didn’t want to pay £52 my 14 year old daughter could sit back down and she would take what she had done off to the point where it cost £34. How ridiculous!! I told her if what she was doing was costing more she should have asked me along the way! Told her it was terrible customer service and we wouldn’t go back. How can you quote one price and the next day it be £18 more. The nails are ok but bulky and the staff very unprofessional.
