Attended a family function with 80 guests booked in advance. There were only 2 staff on bar, two beers off, the lager was flat until taken off completely due to gas running out and they didn't serve any diet drinks. Really poor.

Upon arrival i was told my dog was too big and had to pay an extra £20 (she is a small-medium breed) there was no mention of this prior to booking. The room was ok but the en-suite was in very poor condition (despite being 'recently refurbished') There is no parking but you can park around the corner for £2.50 per 24 hours. I thought it was quite expensive as there is no parking and no breakfast. It is very noisy both inside and out (nothing to do with the night club as i stayed mid week) getting woken up several times during the night with creaking doors and floorboards, as well as people revving cars and motorbikes outside at midnight. There is a bar but nobody works behind it??? In summary, don't stay here!

Clean and reasonably priced. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
