Awful company. Came round to fix a leak in the bathroom, he told my wife she had knocked the soil pipe vacuuming. Messed with it and left. The leek got worse damaged the lounge. Another plumber spotted and fixed the leak within half an hour. Wasn’t what Andy veall said it was and if he’d done his job the lounge wouldn’t have been water damaged. Incompetent. Avoid and get a plumber who knows what they are doing.

Understand I need to give a minimum of 1 star, otherwise it would be none, If you haven't experienced his work because of bad booking experience be very very grateful. He undertook a large contract in my house, was plausible, personable. However the contract was carried out by an unqualified guy. Long story short, Veall took me to the small claims court as I did not pay his final bill. Lose lose result, he got less than he wanted, I paid more than I should and even more to have his work rectified.So, 5yrs later, today we are still having problems- hard to rectify, underfloor heating etc. Please avoid.

Installed a brand new boiler over a year ago, took him a multitude of the quoted time and still didn't complete the job as it was described. Since then 12 weeks without heating or hot water and counting. Multiple gas leaks discovered since then, in work performed by him. He came to "fix" an issue, left the site without finishing or informing anyone, with gas cut off, but the wrench still on the main cut-off valve, free for any passer-by to open it (because who cares about health and safety, right?). Flue gas extraction for the boiler placed at ground level, in the pathway on the side of the house. Overflow protection just left open to drip straight into the boiler cabinet. He's woefully incompetent, if not malevolent.
