Taxi said it would collect us. Rang to ask where it was when 10 minutes late to be told was on it’s way. 15 calls later and no answer...1 hour passed in the freezing cold it never arrived. Would advise any other taxi if possible.

Booked taxi 1 hour in advance and no taxi appeared. When phoning to check where taxi was, we were told that taxi had arrived and left without success. We were standing at the entrance of our restaurant and could see every single vehicle that came within a quarter mile of the restaurant and most definitely can confirm no taxi was sent. Upon phoning the staff were extremely rude and ignorant, and ended up hanging up. Also, imagine a taxi company in the 21st century not taking your mobile number to tell you they have arrived! Using an excuse that they are "too busy" - disgusting customer service altogether!

We couldn't arrange any Portrush tours in advance of our cruise and thought we might miss a chance to see things like the Giant's Causeway. There were supposed to be 3 ships in port that day, so everyone was booked. We got off our boat and started talking to one of the Andy Brown drivers. He said he was booked, but got another driver to come pick us up! He drove us out to the Causeway and arranged to have another driver pick us up at a set time. The guy showed up exactly when he said he would, and then gave us a nice tour of key sites on the way back to Portrush. Even stopped at Royal Portrush so I could buy a souvenir! Fantastic service and very fair pricing. Would certainly recommend them!

Late taxi and no apology from driver. Wouldn't reccomend to anyone who had to be somewhere for a certain time

while the office smelled like a neglected dogs kennel the taxi was clean despite this the taxi driver was an hour late and made some very inappropriate comments to my girlfriends daughter "if he knew she was there he would have pulled up and pulled off quickly enough"
