I really can't recommend the team at Andrews highly enough. My house sale has been a long and grim process for various reasons outside of Andrews' control, but Nicole Spearman's kindness and consummate professionalism made me feel supported every step of the way. This sale has unearthed all sorts of legal complexities, and Nicole has done an excellent job of trying to figure things out and reassure me even when solicitors weren't being particularly helpful. She has stayed in touch regularly, and is always clear in her communications, which makes such a difference when doing something as stressful as selling or buying a house. Harry Price did the initial viewing, and was very warm and engaging - I know he has been keeping an eye on the sale's progress throughout. I am a huge fan of this team, and would gladly work with them again in future. The benefit of being treated like a human being can't be underestimated.
Working with Andrews was a pleasure. I was buying a property, and they were always on hand to answers questions both over phone and email. Lizzie was dealing with the deal, and she was fantastic throughout the whole process. At the start of looking around, they weren't pushy in showing me properties that didn't suit my criteria, and they were very honest about what they thought was good and bad about each property I looked at with them. The further things got along, their communication was great and they were very supportive when I had questions that the seller knew the answer to. I feel they went above and beyond a number of times to help get everything over the line. In the future, I'd definitely use Andrews to sell because it was great working with them as a buyer.
