We were dealing with Andrews buying our new house.Was  not given correct information by Joe the manager of the branch which left us with losing our purchase and a lot of money.Very unsatisfied with how matters were dealt with.

I remember going to them as part of the house hunting process.  They are not very professional and some of the agents really need to work on their customer services.

Plus they will lie to you...I see properties for sale by them that are grossly over priced yet they tell the owners this is what it's worth...fraid not...check the address on Zoopla and you'll see what I mean.

Avoid at all costs.
