Just over two weeks ago we moved from Rossendale in Lancashire to Northern Ireland.  This was  a significant move taking 3 days from a large 4 bedroom house and was carried out extremely professionally by Andrew Porter.  The packing team were excellent with an extraordinary work ethic which meant that they were able to complete and load the van, which could not access our original house so a smaller van had to used to transfer goods to the large van, in the two planned days.  This was despite an initial underestimate of the number of boxes.  The travel and unload were equally good with nothing being too much trouble for the team of Mick and Aaron.  This included unpacking and assembling a new settee we had bought.  They also made sure before they left that there was nothing we wanted to move around now we had seen the furniture in place.

What marked this out and confirmed 5 stars was the professionalism, but also the attitude and engagement of the team with us as individuals.  They were a delight to have working for us and I would recommend Andrew Porter without hesitation.

I was very anxious about the moving process as there were my mother in a self contained annexe, our son in a bungalow in the grounds and our own home with various outbuildings which need to be emptied and moved into storage. We had a move to self storage for some oversized furniture and then a move into containers.  Both days were undertaken so professionally. I watched a massive amount of furniture and boxes miraculously disappear with the help of good natured and well mannered staff. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I have recently used Andrew Porters for the removal of my home belongings whilst I moved into a temporary home. The service they provided was extremely professional from end to end and the quality of the customer service is next to none.

The removal men treated all my belongings with respect and made sure everything was done correctly as if they were handling their own belongings. The prices are also the most competitive on the market, not just for their removal services but also their storage facilities.

I’m extremely pleased with the service Andrew Porters Ltd provide and would strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking at removal services and/or storage facilities!

We had never used a removal company before and after having such a stressful sale of our house this was perfect for relieving some of the pressure of a last minute move. We were very impressed with the service, they arrived in Yorkshire at 9am and were done setting back off to Lancashire within an hour! The removal men were professional and very helpful. Also the reception staff in the main office were lovely when we went to book the service as it was such short notice and they even kept my little boy entertained in the office whilst we checked out the storage unit so thank you! (You almost had a new office worker!!) We are looking forward to moving in to our new house and the ease of this company bringing all of our things to us and unloading them safely. Would definitely recommend and use again :-D Thank you!!!
