I had a problem with a faulty product supplied by the Avonmouth branch of ECP but they were not willing to support resolution and deferred the matter to my closest branch, Midsomer Norton. The Midsomer Norton team could not have been more helpful and delivered me a replacement part the next day. The Midsomer Norton team have set a standard other branches should aspire to. A really good experience

Great service that always comes with a smile...friendly, warm welcome and can state with all the years I have used them nothing has been a problem.. they all go out of their way to sort out the part I need. Any problems have been dealt with in the manner I expect them to be, with no worry. Brilliant bunch

Came here few weeks ago three times in a row! Ordered my part, they got it wrong 2 times. The guy in the shop was just so arrogant and blamed me for the issues despite me asking for the right part and proved it! And they when they gave me the right part he said: we won't swap it again so you better of got it right! So bloody rude! Halfords were 10 times better and beat them on price to!
I am writing to you about my face to face encounter in your Midsomer Norton store on the 30th of November. On the Monday the 22nd of November a member of my staff had called to speak to someone to set up an account with your branch. He had spoken to richard who said he could not email, post or deliver the form to us despite delivering to neighbouring businesses. Despite this, my member of staff came to the site to collected it and returned the completed the form on 25th of November. He had spoken to someone called “Darren” he thinks and he was told I would receive a call to verify the account. This Did not happen, I personally called twice on the Friday to push things along to no avail. I tried again on Monday and again on the Tuesday. As I was passing by with a member of staff and needed some parts we decided to pop in and see if we could arrange the account and the parts we needed for a customers car, the greeting we had got was disgusting and rude. When we walked into the building, we met Rob on the desk who shouted “MASKS” I quickly explained my health condition and then was told “sorry not good enough” despite with regular breathing difficulties being part of my health issues. We moved past this to discuss the account and the issues we have had and I was very rudely told “Well thats just the way it is and you will wait until we call you” “There is not enough of us to call just you” at no point was I impolite or rude. The attitude was disgusting and if any of my staff had done this to a customer they would of been fired! We spend nearly £4000 per month on parts with other suppliers that are not as close as we would like, this means that “Rob” and the team at this eurocar parts has lost this store and estimated £48,000 of annual business, not to point out the other two business we know of who have also stopped using them due to issues relating to similar matters. If anyone asks me we they should get there parts, go anywhere else, melksham Motor parts are great, great service, avon and wessex are also great nothing is ever to small or to big. I really hope you do a mystery shop every now and then and also teach these guys some manners. Our business could not afford to loose any amount of business due to poor customer service.
