Disappointed that my emails haven't had a reply, leaves me bewildered as I have been pleased with transactions in the past. Can't understand the company's lack of action.

Have been using Andrew James products for a few years now and they are excellent. Great prices, fantastic customer service too and a great technical team who really know their stuff. Just made my fourth purchase from them and can't wait to tear open the box!

Item fantastic. Service dreadful. Item delivered. Hardly used however realised it didn't have enough cups . Contacted andrew james to buy some and ask about the missing cups. I can't buy any and bacause this was bought in September tough. 

Two emails later and frankly I won't buy from them again. 
I had numerous items but the customer service stinks

Excellent customer service over the phone, a pleasure to deal with and will definitely buy again and recommend to others, only once received a faulty item and replacement sent straightaway. Awesome
