I can't praise this firm highly enough. They understood exactly what I wanted for my husband's funeral even though it wasn't a 'normal' format. They organised everything as I wanted and never minded how many times I rang them and chatted to them about everything. The whole thing went like clockword and everyone was very happy with the way it went. I don't think I could have got through it without the chats, laughs, suggestions and them going above and beyond what I would have expected. They became my 'friends' and got me through a very sad time. I would stongly advise anyone to ring them before automatically choosing a firm that you have 'heard' of because they have been around for a long time. Andrew Francis has not been in Thetford 'forever' like some of the local firms, but at least have a word with them before making a decision.
Couldn't of asked for a better more professional send off for my mum lovely people thank you all so much x
