It is easy for some Michelin starred restaurants to lose their way and overemphasise technique and formality over the timeless pleasure of eating tasty food in a warm environment. Andrew Fairlie does not fall into this trap. Fresh ingredients, immaculately prepared, served by knowledgeable staff with twinkles in their eyes. A brilliant experience, capstone of Gleneagle’s immaculate hospitality.
Dined here celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. Cannot speak highly enough of the experience we had. From the girl hosting at the front desk, to the young guy and girl who attended to us all night, and the sommelier. Absolutely exceptional. The food was out of this world, and the wine just as good. We can’t thank the staff enough for the culinary experience they gave us. Absolutely top drawer.
Service was excellent, food was of high quality, lots of different flavours. I did enjoy the experience but I didn’t leave the restaurant thinking wow that was amazing…
Scotland has the best produce in the world. If you want the best meal ever, come to Andrew Fairly at Gleneagles .
Had a fabulous night again here in this wonderful restaurant! Food was a dream and the staff did a fantastic job making us welcome and creating a wonderful atmosphere. Wearing masks through it all must have been challenging. Many, many thanks to all for making our evening so special.
Everything at the Gleneagles is impressive and Andrew Fairlie is no different. My husband and I enjoyed this dining experience so much!

Food was brilliant start to finish. Would recommend opting in for the additional sweet canapes. Portion sizes were spot on. Staff were extremely knowledgeable and perfect on every other front. Will definitely return.
