What a lovely pub went today for my grandsons 1st birthday. Bar staff absolutely lovely and the Landlady couldn't have done more to make us all feel welcome. Thank you so much for the hospitality will definitely be back
Very limited italian menu. If you like pasta with cream, chicken with cream, you'll like this, I didn't. Pizza and lasagna look OK, but not much else. The staff are very friendly. The pub is small and the beer is good.
What a great find after a a nice walk round Etherow country park. Lovely pub with good beer and amazing home made pizza. The staff were friendly and the lady who made the pizza was lovely.

Friendly staff, delicious food and Wonderful Service. Would definitely recommend this cosy pub. My friend and I had just finished a lovely nature walk around Etherow Country Park but their cafe had closed. Luckily we managed to find this hidden gem on google. Thank you for having us. Xx

The new landlady Hayley is doing a great job with the pub. After speaking to her she has some great ideas, I think she will really make this pub a local gem again. The food starts soon and the menu looks great. I for one can't wait to taste it all. All the best Hayley, we will be back very soon to try the new food.
